Steve Pleau
Principal Owner
Steve Pleau, C.P.C. has been working within the hospitality industry for the last two decades. With over 15 years of operational experience from private country clubs to corporate restaurants, he has seen the industry grow into what it is today. Steve achievements have included a two year culinary apprenticeship program with some of the most acclaimed country clubs. In 2004, he accepted a new direction in our industry by opening up a new hospitality recruiting office in Massachusetts. Within, one year he doubled the company’s sales and client list. During that time, Steve has achieved the personals industry’s prestigious C.P.C. designation. This year he has finally went on his own, opened up Sunrise Recruiting, and has hasn’t looked back……..

Ed St Germain
Ed is a twenty year veteran of the restaurant and nightclub industry. His career has exposed him to all aspects of the industry in New England, the Atlantic Coast, Georgia, Florida and Texas. The early parts of his career were all spent with national Brand Restaurants throughout the country. The previous ten years were spent based in Boston as a Director of Operations with two of the citys most successful operators helping to create some of Bostons hottest nightclubs, restaurants and entertainment venues. Ed has placed hundreds on candidates in great positions over the years and enjoys the relationships that have been built in the industry over the years.
